This is an AMS Clothing Biafra prototype jersey representing the region of Biafra, a territory currently located in eastern Nigeria that has seen an ongoing secessionist movement.
The Republic of Biafra was a secessionist state from 1967-1970 made up of the states in the Eastern Region of Nigeria. Biafra was formally and informally recognised by several other nations, however their declaration of independence resulted in a civil war between Biafra and Nigeria which eventually led to the Nigerian government taking control of the territory. In recent decades, the independence movement has begun to gain momentum again under the leadership of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra who were founded in 1999.
