This is a Joma Trinidad & Tobago national team home jersey as worn by the 'Soca Warriors' throughout the 2021 period.
The Trinidad & Tobago national team have a proud history with periods of great success. They played their first international match in 1905 and have consistently been one of the strongest teams in the Caribbean regions. The strongest period throughout their history was the 2000s, which saw the Soca Warriors finish 3rd in the 2000 CONCACAF Gold Cup, reach an all-time high FIFA ranking of 25 in June 2001 and qualify for the 2006 FIFA World Cup. Despite coming into the 2006 World Cup as the smallest nation to ever qualify for the tournament, Trinidad & Tobago shocked a strong Sweden team with a 0-0 draw and had competitive losses to England and Paraguay. Their squad at the time included many of the national teams’ greatest-ever players including Dwight Yorke, Carlos Edwards, Kenwyne Jones and Shaka Hislop. The team have never been able to come close to these achievements since this golden era and have achieved little success in recent years.
