This is an Adidas Western Armenia national team 2018-19 home jersey featuring the number of star striker Vahagn Militosyan.

Western Armenia refers to the Western part of the Armenians Highlands, which is today lying in the territory of Turkey. Western Armenians today live in diaspora all over the world and are united by their common heritage and their language – Western Armenian. The Football Federation of Western Armenia joined ConIFA in 2015 and the Western Armenia national team have competed in several non-FIFA international tournaments since then. They reached the knockout stages of the ConIFA World Football Cup in both 2016 & 2018, with their squad comprising of both Armenia-based players and others playing their club football throughout Europe.

Vahagn Militosyan is one of the highest-profile players to represent Western Armenia at international level and has played his club football in a number of different European leagues. He began his senior career in France with Ligue 2 club Stade Lavallois in 2010 and moved to French 4th-tier club Grenoble Foot 38 in 2014. After a lack of regular appearances in France, Militosyan moved to Slovakian club MFK Topvar Topoľčany in 2016 and then achieved success for several other clubs in Slovakia. In 2019, he returned to France and currently plays for 5th-tier club US Changé. He made his international debut for Western Armenia in 2016 and has since scored 4 goals in 8 matches for the ‘Highlanders.’
