Ceramica Cleopatra FC compete in the Egyptian Premier League and are based in the city of Giza. The club was established in 2006 by prominent Egyptian businessman and politician Mohamed M. Abou El Enein, who is the founder of the major Egyptian conglomerate Cleopatra Group. After beginning in Egypt’s 4^th tier in the 2007/08 season, Cleopatra FC quickly rose up the ranks of Egyptian football and eventually gained promotion to the Premier League for the 2020-21 season.
